If there is a problem with your order, retain the order box, crickets, etc. Call for further instructions immediately.

*Winter shipments are allowed 48 hours to respond due to the warming process needed for the crickets.

About Bassett’s

Bassett's Cricket Ranch, Inc was started in 1969 by Dale and Dorothy Bassett with the help of their two sons Russ and Jon. The business started out very modestly, primarily selling crickets for fish bait and the occasional pet store.
